I'm excited to report that we've added a sweet new camera to our arsenal: the Nikon D300. This camera will allow us to make bigger prints that look crisper and better than ever! In addition, we bought a new macro lens and some reflectors to allow extra flexibility during shoots.

Lori Breaking it Down
Mica and Lori, two of our good friends, own the Restored Clothing Company, a local company that makes some seriously cool clothes that also happen to convey a seriously cool message. They just released their summer clothing line, and they asked us to create the images of the new clothes for their website.
As the models' faces show, we had a great time last weekend during the shoot. Here are a few of our favorite images. To see more pictures or to buy some of the clothes worn by the models, drop by the Restored website.

Of the numerous blessings that God has so graciously given to me, this family will always be at the top of the list. Almost 13 years ago I met two people who would be used to forever change me: Phil and Nancy.
These are but a few of the words that I would use to describe them. No language contains words profound enough to describe the depth of my love and indebted gratitude for all that they have blessed me with over the years. Watching their family grow to include 4 precious and marvelous children is simply sweet.
Phil, Nancy, Hannah, Caleb, Caitlyn, and Noah, we adore all of you! Thanks for allowing us to hang out with you for the day; we had a blast.

Good friends are rare. Friends that stay friends for 36 years are rarer still. My mom and her friend Kathy have been friends for nearly 4 decades, and their relationship is still going strong. That they've survived everything that life has thrown at them is a testament to their commitment to one another.
Last weekend, they asked me to take a few pictures of them, and I happily obliged. Here are Naomi and Kathy just being friends and interacting like they have for years.

If you've been following our blog for a while, you have watched Lucy grow up over the past year. I have finished designing the Baby's First Year album containing Lucy's pictures. Her growth is amazing, and Lucy is just beautiful. Here is a slideshow of the album.
