Mamaw
One of my earliest memories of Mamaw, my grandmother, is watching her comb and then braid her long, gray hair. While in North Carolina over Christmas, Mamaw agreed to take her hair down for me so that I could create some portraits of her. Here are my two favorite images from the session:

What amazing images of your mamaw. I took some similiar of my own grandmother a few years ago. They have become my most cherished posession now that she's gone. Beautiful job capturing her soul and essence. ++
