Sandy - Face #24
Some beauty only comes as a result of refining fires. This amazing woman chooses to live in the midst of such a fire. Persistent even through limitless sorrow, Sandy pushes on regardless of the obstacles in her path. Her professional life is woven with a blend of joy and sorrow, and she serves some of the most helpless in our society. The coordinator of the Butte and Glenn County Options for Recovery program, Sandy plays a crucial role in helping children from the ages of birth through five years who have been impacted by drug or alcohol abuse.
Thank you, Sandy, for your hard work, but more importantly, thank you for your heart!
